I bought a 2018 L/C and I bought it off line and I traveled all way to NY . The car has a smoke smell The blind spots not working Never got a follow up And after three months from the purchase traveled all way to NY . We recently bought a 2022 Lexus RX350 from Salesperson, Daniel Becerra. Daniel was friendly and eager to show us the vehicle we traveled 240 miles to see. We received a nice overview of the car s interio Daniel Becerra. Daniel was friendly and eager to show us the vehicle we traveled 240 miles to see. We received a nice overview of the car s interior and exterior features. Daniel was very knowledgeable about the RX 350 and answered our many questions (before and after the test drive). We were able to make a fair deal, thanks to Daniel s willingness to help negotiate with management. He knew what Apps we needed for the car and even downloaded them for us. While the car was being washed and detailed, Daniel decided our old license plates needed a good cleaning before installation. He personally took care of that and treated us with utmost respect and patience. Thank you, Daniel, for such great service! We love our new car! More
