Very, very pleased with service by Mike Z. at the Service Desk as well as the installation crew. Brought my 2017 Lexus N200t in because back lift wasn't working. Mike patiently explained opt at the Service Desk as well as the installation crew. Brought my 2017 Lexus N200t in because back lift wasn't working. Mike patiently explained options, then arranged with District Service manager to cover replacement even though 48 months warranty had passed. Fortunately, still only had 40,000 miles. Everything top notch at Lexus of Orange County! More
