Took the rx350 in for an oil change on 25mar2023. The dealership finished the oil change turn the car back over to my wife and I. We drive that car for about one hour and a message comes up that we h The dealership finished the oil change turn the car back over to my wife and I. We drive that car for about one hour and a message comes up that we have low oil! I check the oil and nothing registers on the oil stick. Call the dealership, a tow truck tows us back to the dealership. It's explained to us that the oil dispenser didn't put enough oil back into the engine. They turn the car back over to us apologize numerous times and give us two free oil changes. Mean while it ruined the entire day, my wife didn't make it to dress fittings with my daughter (for a wedding). Unacceptable.. I notice on the wall their hourly fee is $165.00 and hour. Let's do the math then it cost me 3.5 hours , along with my wife, I also had to call another person and get a ride back to the dealership. So if the dealership really wanted to be "sorry" two oil changes was a slap in the face. For a comp value they should have done $165.00 x 3.5 hours x 3 (people's who Saturday was ruined) and the missed memories that my wife didn't get with my daughter, you can't put a price one it. Mark was an awesome salesman. Very knowledgeable and executed well. On the other hand, your financial manager, Stephen Jean first impression was a disappointment. I understand it’s protocol for a manager to intervene during the process, but Stephen came on very aggressively and explosively in wanting to offer me a 2022 red RX 350 sport. I wanted an RX 350 sport black 2023. I knew from Mark, you guys couldn’t get me one from the lot, right away, so I decided to wait until Lexus can locate the specific vehicle I want. I wasn’t in any hurry to receive my vehicle. With that said, the finance manager, Stephen Jean, offered the mentioned 2022 vehicle to me for a price I refused. I said how much I would like it for, but I guess he couldn’t meet my offer. I repeat myself to the manager, am in no hurry, I’ll wait for my 2023 SUV. I did my $1000 down payment for a search of finding the vehicle. Protocol is protocol, but it’s definitely wrong speaking to a customer in a disrespectful tone. I was shock and embarrassed knowing over sales person was sitting at their desk. I wasn’t alone and I knew the person I was with, felt embarrassed because we spoke about Stephen’s rude behavior.
