My husband and I went for a test drive with Rich and he pointed out the all the impressive attributes and technology of the IS. Rich was there from the moment we walked in until we signed on the dotted line. He spent time familiarizing me with all the bells and whistles prior to my driving the car off their lot and followed up with me after I took the car home. All the positive reviews are accurate and I highly recommend going there and dealing with Gabriella directly. She was the perfect example of how a great car saleswoman should be and was an absolute pleasure to do business with. I live 2 hours away and if I buy another Lexus in the future, I will be going back to Prestige in Middletown. However, as a warning and the only reason I didn't give 5 stars: Stay for away from her boss Scott.He was the opposite of all the wonderful people I met at prestige. The guy deserves to be fired. He complicated my car buying situation so much the GM Woody had to step in. The first time I came into the dealer, I came with a check in hand ready to buy a car and he was so unprofessional he turned me off completely. Here is a list of things he tried to do. 1) Scott tried to tell me CPO cars dont come with the standard L/certified warranty and it is an extra 1400, in addition to the CPO car price. As I bought CPO before I kept questioning this. Then I was then told “my mistake, the warranty comes with the Certified Model" Nice Try. 2) He lied about the condition of the car, then told me "Me and you both know the scratches aren't a big deal." - Really? 3) Turned a simple interest rate misunderstanding into a broadway production. I thought he might've had a heart attack. The guy was just the most unprofessional “sleazy used car salesmen” I have ever dealt with. Every word out of his mouth was a lie and he clearly doesn't know how to conduct business. More
Outstanding Service and Follow Through I was picking up a Certified 2015 RX235 and heard a light pinging coming from the gas tank. I was convinced there was defect in the fuel pump / sending unit or something in the tank. The service manager and General Manager assured me they would resolve the concern completely and in a timely manner. I was given a loaner car. The problem was resolved quickly and the team at Prestige was very professional and gained my trust. The issue was that the gas tank was overfilled and the emission systems was purging causing a valve to open and close, making the slight tapping noise in the gas tank. The noise stopped and never returned. The unit was Working as Designed. More

The finance offer wasn't great, but it was reasonable, so we accepted. Overall, a positive buying experience and we would recommend this dealer. More

I happened to purchase on a Saturday when they were all slammed, but I still got stellar service. The dealership closes at 6pm on Saturdays, but due to how busy they were, they stayed until almost 8pm assisting me with my purchase. The minute I arrived Gabriella greeted me and immediately set up a test drive. From past experiences, I was completely dreading having to buy another car. I was initially expecting high pressure sales tactics and a pushy salesperson. However, Gabriella was the EXACT opposite. She was super friendly, honest, very patient, and not at all pushy. After some back and forth, we worked out a deal that felt good to us both, and we were also able to come to an agreement on a small repair to the hood. Due to the small issue with the hood, I had to wait some additional time to pick up the car, but Gabriella kept me up-to-date the entire time via calls and text messages. Even though I had already purchased the car, she continued to provide one-of-a-kind customer service through to the end. Additionally, Scott Litt and William “Woody” Woodward continually checked in with me to see how I was doing thorough the purchase process and made sure any questions I had were addressed. While I was there I also watched Gabrielle, Scott, and Woody handle a situation with a customer, who wasn't sure that he was entirely happy with his purchase, with compassion, understanding, and patience. It was great to see that they treat all their customers so well. Lastly, I want to thank Joe Zaccaria for making the finance portion of the experience completely painless and working with me to get an awesome rate. If you're looking for a new or preowned Lexus, this is the place to buy it as they treat you like family. I'll be recommending this dealership to anyone I know in the market for a new or preowned car! More
