3rd time lexus owner This was my third lexus and first time for a pre-certified. Gabriella went out of her way to make sure my enform and phone, and radio were installed, even when it required a return trip a week after the sale. She picked us up at home the day of the car pick up...was pleasant and gave us service I would highly recommend to anyone. This is one of the reasons I only buy lexus. Joe , the service manager, convinced me by his ability,honesty and knowledge that here is were I am taking my car from now on (I am a super commuter). More
