But they it was not as I thought the service lady tried to get me for more money telling me I needed new tires after I had already bought tires 3 months previously and they I went to trade my car in to up grade and the sales manager or business manager tried to give me a crazy car payment when my credit was very good more then the payments I was already making for the same price in car I left and never came back now I’m a Acura owener now .. Worth the trip! I had been looking for a vehicle for quite some time via the internet thru all the normal channels (CARFAX, Cargurus, ebay, etc. etc.) I lost out o I had been looking for a vehicle for quite some time via the internet thru all the normal channels (CARFAX, Cargurus, ebay, etc. etc.) I lost out on my first opportunity with a dealership in Leavenworth, Kansas. Found a vehicle I really wanted to see and was called the next day only to be told that the vehicle had been sold. I found the vehicle January 4th, and was called the January 5th only to be told the vehicle had sold December 22. I found a better vehicle at Prestige Lexus of Middletown. Melissa, and Jose, went more than out of their way. It was my intent that I was going to leave with the vehicle sometime that day. These two were extremely friendly, cared about my situation, and were great to visit with. I hope to stay in touch with them as my “New York Connection”. I made a huge sacrifice in getting this vehicle: Flew out of Denver, to Detroit, into Stewart International Airport and then off to Middletown, NY in ONE DAY. I’m glad I did! The vehicle was to my satisfaction and more! We negotiated, and wrapped up the deal within about four hours This included credit background checks, test driving the vehicle, filling out the paperwork, filling the vehicle with gas (which was greatly appreciated!) and the necessary insurance to get me to return home. At no time did I have to play games as I am pretty direct-and-to-the point kind of guy. So were they but made me feel welcome and comfortable. Even gave me Hot Cocoa! This is my first time I have gone 1600 miles out of my way for a vehicle I wanted. In the future, I will keep Prestige Lexus of Middletown at the top of my list for my vehicle needs! More
