Unscheduled oil change I stopped in late on a Saturday afternoon without an appointment to see if they could do an oil change while I waited for it. The service manger, Jose I stopped in late on a Saturday afternoon without an appointment to see if they could do an oil change while I waited for it. The service manger, Joseph Scalo, told me I was due for an extensive service which would take quite some time. He offered me a loaner car and said he could have my car done by Monday. He called me Monday morning and let me know my front brakes were in need of replacement and mentioned my battery showed signs of weakness. I authorized the repair and he called me in the afternoon saying my car was done. When I picked it up, I was pleasantly surprised as they washed my car and the bill for repairs was exactly as quoted.
