Great service I took my vehicle in to repair damage caused by an animal getting into my engine. After discovering that the cost was going to be more than my deducti I took my vehicle in to repair damage caused by an animal getting into my engine. After discovering that the cost was going to be more than my deductible it became an insurance claim. The adjuster came to the dealer to approve repair and a week later my car was in great shape again. While working with another adviser, Chris I noticed that my long time advisor from Ramsey, Joe was now working there. He remembered me right away and took care of my vehicle as he alway did before. I also didn’t have renters insurance so Joe was able to let me stay in the loaner for the 2 weeks they had my car. Great people, great service I would highly recommend. More
