Customer service is terrible. The car maintenance is fine. But this is the only luxury car dealership that don’t wash the car well or clean the inside of your car. I have to take The car maintenance is fine. But this is the only luxury car dealership that don’t wash the car well or clean the inside of your car. I have to take my car to a car wash after maintenance. With other dealers your car is returned to you absolutely clean. I have reported this and was told they only vacuum, but that is not even done well, they don’t pick up the mart when they vacuum or vacuum the seats. I am not returning to this dealership again. Lexus do something about this. The manager Joe and the ladies in the office is pleasant but is the car wash, clean and overall customer care that is terrible. More
