The Perfect Match! My husband and I were looking for a new vehicle. We checked out Mercedes as well as Land Rover, then decided to visit our local Lexus dealer. We we My husband and I were looking for a new vehicle. We checked out Mercedes as well as Land Rover, then decided to visit our local Lexus dealer. We were greeted by the lot manager Frankie. He was very knowledgeable and offered to take us out on test drive as the sales team was busy. After driving the new 2018 rx350 Sport we quickly knew that we wanted to move forward with the vehicle. We met our sales rep, Melissa Horan, she was a pleasure to work with. She knew where we wanted to be with numbers and after a little negotiating quickly got us there. We also had the pleasure of working with the finance manager, Matt Gallagher, he too made our experience very pleasurable. We picked up the car the next day. The staff at prestige Lexus of Middletown were top rate. We look forward to working with them again. More

Purchase My sales person was exceptional (Nick Giordano) Professional Courteous Knowledgeable and patient. Finance truly confusing. I was approved by Lexus My sales person was exceptional (Nick Giordano) Professional Courteous Knowledgeable and patient. Finance truly confusing. I was approved by Lexus and Hertiage bank diffent APRs. When I depart from dealership on labor I was show a monthly Payment of approx $600 per month. When I return to finalize paperwork I was quoted $800 Per month and was told my loan was approved by Lexus financial not hertiage bank. 2hrs later Auto loan approved by hertiage. Recently I read Pretiage Middletown reviews and other customers experience the exact financial debacle. More

My experience Frank was very helpful and professional. I really appreciated him and the effort he put trying to find me a car. My 2009 IS 250 needed a lot of repair Frank was very helpful and professional. I really appreciated him and the effort he put trying to find me a car. My 2009 IS 250 needed a lot of repair work and unfortunately, I couldn’t get any money back on the car. I was willing to put money down on the spot if I found a pre owned car that appealed to me and suits my needs. Unfortunately, the inventory they had for pre owned cars was very disappointing. There needs to be a better inventory manager because other people have told me after my experience that the selection is really poor. Other than that, my experience with Frank was wonderful. I hope they fix this pre owned inventory issue because I want this dealership to succeed. More
