Within the first 15 min of sitting with Melissa she was able to get me the exact car I wanted (in an even better upgraded model) in my price range. Melissa even took the time to sit with me in the car and connected my phone and showed me how everything works. I could not have asked for a better experience!! Superb Service department I have mixed feelings about this dealership. The sales consultant (Melissa) was A+. She took her time to demo the RX as well as discuss the monthly I have mixed feelings about this dealership. The sales consultant (Melissa) was A+. He didn’t even cared to talk to me, or discuss ANYTHING about the car or financials. Never had such experience before after leasing from 6 differet makes. The service department person (I believe his name is Ryan), was superb. I couldn’t ask for a better point of contact. He took care of handling all communications with me and always kept me abreast of any update about the installation of a running board of my RX. More
