Great salesman but DO NOT TRUST the finance manager Nick is very friendly. I was an out-of-state buyer and I had to fly in for the purchase. He worked very hard to get everything ready so that the purch Nick is very friendly. I was an out-of-state buyer and I had to fly in for the purchase. He worked very hard to get everything ready so that the purchase would go smoothly. I'd definitely recommend working with Nick. On the other side, I'm not so sure about the finance manager. I knew I was approved by my bank, Bank of America for a much lower APR. I didn't bring my approved letter because I saw that this dealership was a certified dealer with BoA. When I got there, Matt made up some weird excuse and said they didn't have anything with BoA. He told me WFC gave me the best offer, which was almost 2% HIGHER than my BoA offer. Since I was an out-of-state buyer and had to leave the next day, I was forced to just go with WFC. After I got home, I immediately contacted BoA for refinancing and the loan officer was confused on whether this was a purchase or refinance, because she said "the dealer submitted an application on my behalf." So shocked. Matt also lied about having to wait 3 months before refinance, Not true! Do not trust him and always find your own deal and bring your approved letter. I'm glad at least I got the refinance contract done. Bye WFC! More
