Couldn't fix my problem and poor wash I brought the car for it's complimentary 5K service and complained about Lexus's Scout Navigation System which has been the bane of my existence since I brought the car for it's complimentary 5K service and complained about Lexus's Scout Navigation System which has been the bane of my existence since I purchased the car in March. I was told that Scout is flawed and there was nothing they could do to fix it. I confirmed this via numerous internet sites. This is completely unacceptable for a luxury car!!! My prior vehicle was a 2013 Mercedes E350 and before that a BMW 335ix. If I had know the issues with this navigation system I seriously would have considered another luxury brand. Further, as for the wash, the car was cleaner going in after it dried on the way home. I must say, though, that Ryan Dolan was very courteous and friendly. More
