Been a customer for about 6 or 7 years. Bought my latest RX there. Lately it seems like service is not what I been used to seeing. Even simple wash job is not what it used to be. They no longer clean the inside of car, except for vacuuming the floor. Used to clean dash, console, etc. etc. There a few days ago, ...the wheels and body were not clean, missed areas. But, they are friendly, and courteous. Definitely a step above most dealers overall. Love the quality of a Lexus. Next car purchase will be another Lexus. More
