Worked with Joel and put a refundable deposit down on a new vehicle. After requesting a refund for my deposit because I purchased a vehicle from another dealer, I could not get my refund back from Joel. Ha new vehicle. Had to call the dealership multiple times to request after 45 days from initially requesting. Poor customer service. More

The personnel at Lexus of Omaha that I interacted with take professionalism to a whole new level. I’ve bought many vehicles over the years and Lexus of Omaha has surpassed every experience I’ve had. There were no surprises or last minute tack-ons. What we agreed on is exactly what was delivered. I highly recommend this dealership for first stop if searching to buy a car. I’m not exactly a “spring chick” and when the car was delivered, everything and electronics was patiently explained so I could easily understand. Every question was answered patiently and respectfully. This made me confident when driving it for the first time. In the past I’ve waited thirty or more days before I got the paperwork to get my car licensed. The last vehicle I had to call and ask for the documents because the temporary dealer license was expiring. But there is no angst with Lexus of Omaha— my paperwork is done less than 10 days! The best customer service ever! More
