2/28/2022 The worst car buying experience of my life! Trying to purchase a vehicle from Lexus of Omaha was a 9 day long run-around ! The car advertised was not ready to be sold, it had not been detailed Trying to purchase a vehicle from Lexus of Omaha was a 9 day long run-around ! The car advertised was not ready to be sold, it had not been detailed or had any service work done to it, but we wanted to see it anyway. The current car market being the way it is, you must act early if you find a car you like, so we were aware of the situation before seeing the car. We decided to purchase the car with 2 repairs to the paint that needed to be made and we paid them to tint the windows. We financed the repairs in with our loan and paid cash for the tinting. I wrote them a very large down payment check! 7 days after our purchase, we received a call from the sales manager. He said "the two areas have been repaired". He told me the "rust was gone" (we paid them to remove two small rust spots and finish with paint). Our salesperson sent me photos so I would know what the areas looked like. I HIT the roof when I saw the same spot on the rear quarter panel that was there 7 days before. The spot on the trunk was repaired though. SO...I told them I wanted it fixed correctly and then I would take delivery of the vehicle! TWO MORE DAYS GO BY and we were told the car was finished and we could come and pick it up. Our salesperson sent me more pictures and even did a facetime so I could see that they were repaired. We arrived at the dealership, finally made our way to the car, get in it to start it and IT WOULD NOT START! I COULD NOT BELIEVE THIS WAS ALL HAPPENING WHEN I HAD BEEN INFORMED ( the day before)THAT BEFORE WE GOT THERE, AS PART OF THE SERVICE ON THE VEHICLE, THEY HAD PUT A "NEW BATTERY IN THE CAR" (it is not the battery!). I looked at the window tinting job and there are bubbles in three different windows. We were given a myriad of excuses, but I had already had my gut full! They took the car back to the service area where I was informed by my partner that the car failed to start again when they shut it of and tried to restart it! I informed them at that time I did not want their car! This all happened on a Saturday. The following Monday, I went to a different dealer and purchased a wonderful car! ZERO PROBLEMS WITH this next dealer! A completely different experience! READ THE REVIEWS PEOPLE! REVIEWS DON'T LIE! Lexus of Omaha has several bad reviews I did not heed!!!!! If you buy a car from them, you have A 7 DAY BUY BACK GUARANTEE, USE IT IF YOU NEED TO!!!I want to make it CLEAR that I, in no way, blame our salesperson! These "calls"/ oversights were made by someone else! I am not sure if Lexus of Omaha salespeople work off of a commission or not, but if they do, they need to compensate this young lady for costing her this sale! SHE DID HER JOB! More
I had a tire that was leaking air. They found a nail and repaired the tire for me. My car was in desperate need of a car wash and they took care of that also. The waiting area was very comfortable and there repaired the tire for me. My car was in desperate need of a car wash and they took care of that also. The waiting area was very comfortable and there were beverages and snacks available. This dealership is awesome and I love my certified Lexus! More

I had a dead battery in my Lexus RX350 which was at home, called service and they arranged to have roadside come to my home and replace the battery. I received a call back from service indicating that batter called service and they arranged to have roadside come to my home and replace the battery. I received a call back from service indicating that batteries were on their. way. Kevin called me back and said the batteries had not arrived yet, but service could stop out, jump my car and test the battery at the dealership to determine if indeed the battery needed replaced. I had an appointment I needed to keep and he assured me if the battery did not arrive in time, they would provide a loaner car. Diagnostics were done on the battery and determined I had a bad cell, The batteries arrived as they were doing the diagnostics and they replaced the battery as it was under warranty and had me on my way. Thank you Kevin and Cory - excellent service !!! This is why I buy a Lexus! More
