Henry was very knowledgeable and patient. Communication was not good Usually I get calls and texts of when my car is ready but this time I had to text Harvey in order for him to even tell me about my car. There was some damage after the service and I've texted him. He responded initially but now I am not getting a response at all. Although I understand after hurricane Irma there have been a lot of damage to fellow lexus owners coming to the dealership, I still expect some kind of response. I suspect he thinks I'll just forget. Overall, even though he didn't tell me or update the service website which informs me of when my car is available, they didn't penalize me for keeping the loaner vehicle over the weekend. So that was some relief. I went in for a routine oil change and warranty dash board change. More
