Poor service My story, Routine service. Checked in at 7:38am 10/24. Informed service would take 11/2 hours. Received a loaner car. Processed by Jevel. Notified My story, Routine service. Authorized and inquired when it will be completed. Notified 10/27. Inquired if I wanted to authorize the tires. Replied with my text from 10/25. Received phone call stating service advisor was out and that it would he completed on Saturday. Notified at 7:36am on 10/30 car was completed. Inquired why this was my response was I DO APOLOGIZE BUT I WAS NOT HERE ON WEDNESDAY. YOURE VEHICLE IS READY FOR PICK UP THIS MORNING. I guess he forgot he talked to me on Friday. At 7:48 I received another text if I authorized the replacement tires and that the car is not ready. I replied I wish for Mr. Gonzalez Service Manager to call me. I called Mr. Gonzalez left a message at 7:50. No response All communication via text message. I have the complete text trail. During this time my wife has received numerous unsolicited and being told not to call back concerning purchasing a new car. Why would we? More
