I decided to go with Lexus of north miami Collision because of the reviews but I regret my decision, it’s been almost 2 months and my vehicle is still not ready. I dropped off my vehicle on Septemb because of the reviews but I regret my decision, it’s been almost 2 months and my vehicle is still not ready. I dropped off my vehicle on September 22nd, I did not hear anything from my advisor for the first Two weeks, so I decided to reach out. I was told that they were waiting for a supplement approval. I was told to reach out to my insurance adjuster. Which I did and it was approved that same day. My advisor should have been proactive to the situation and should have called me and I would have taken care of it. Anyway, fast forward to the 2nd week of October, I reached out again and mentioned my rental was going to end in 10 days. My advisor said that they don’t rush for that reason. I reached out to my insurance adjuster and asked if I can extend my rental because the car was not done yet and she was very surprised that for the type of damage it was taking so long. So since then I have been paying for the rental out of pocket I have been following up every week since that and nothing. My advisor keeps telling me it should be ready in the next day or so. It’s incredible how insensible these people are. After this on going unpleasant experience This tells me that they are taking in more cars that they can handle, they don’t have the personnel or they are leaving the non luxury’s cars for the end. Stopped at this dealership for the scheduled oil change on my NX300 fsport after the trip from NY. Received next morning appointment, spoke with extremely nice, friendly and knowledgeable service advisor B on my NX300 fsport after the trip from NY. Received next morning appointment, spoke with extremely nice, friendly and knowledgeable service advisor Benny, who asked me all the right questions about my vehicle ( being that all previous services were made in NY) . Waited for less than an hour which is excellent for the busy Tuesday morning. Received my car back washed with the armor all shined tires. Great overall experience! Dealership is big, new , clean , have a great complimentary snack and coffee station with baristas. Would gladly recommend to everyone! Sam D More

BEWARE OF SERVICING YOUR VEHICLE AT THIS LOCATION! I purchased a brand new Lexus here late last year and had a great experience and love my car. I recently had my first service done. The driver that p I purchased a brand new Lexus here late last year and had a great experience and love my car. I recently had my first service done. The driver that picked up my vehicle said he accidentally scratched it and will have it repaired which they did. 2 weeks later my insurance called me asking for my insurance policy information for the car “I hit”. Apparently the driver went shopping at a Walmart miles away from the dealership and the drop off location, hit a parked car there and left. Police were called to the scene. Lexus offered as compensation for this ordeal 2 free services. Wow. I have a brand new car, with less then 5k miles on it with an accident on its record. And they are offering me 2 free services. Not to mention it was taken to run errands without my permission. No words with how wrong this whole situation is!!! Do not bring your car here! Absolutely awful! More
