First time I can say I am very unhappy with the service at Lexus of NO. Had a specific problem that needed to be addressed with my car and was told I would have to leave it to have it worked on. After be at Lexus of NO. Had a specific problem that needed to be addressed with my car and was told I would have to leave it to have it worked on. After being told everything was fixed I returned to get my car and once I returned home, I realized the problem I took it in for wasn't even addressed. Was supposed to have a regular service done at the same time but the tires weren't rotated so I"m not sure what was done to the car and was charged over $700 for my trouble. More
