Terrible Service! I recently purchased my 2nd Lexus vehicle (had to upgrade to a SUV due to a growing family). The sales department was excellent, HOWEVER the service I recently purchased my 2nd Lexus vehicle (had to upgrade to a SUV due to a growing family). The sales department was excellent, HOWEVER the service department is terrible. The sunroof on my rx 350 randomly exploded. Although it's all over the internet that this is becoming a common occurrence for Lexus SUVs and I have pictures showing that the glass is clearly pushed up, the "service advisor" that I was assigned insists that it was probably from a rock and refuses to consider it as warranty work. Basically they want me to pay for a defect that could have seriously injured me or my child had the visor been open when it exploded. It's been five days since I dropped it off and I have yet to receive a return phone call. You have to track them down if you want to speak to anyone there. To add to my stress, the loaner car they gave me is filthy and smells disgusting. I am extremely disappointed! I purchased a Lexus because they pride themselves on outstanding service and having the safest vehicles on the highway; they have proved themselves WRONG. More
