Highly Recommended I usually dread walking into a car dealership, but looked forward to returning to Lexus of New Orleans. I had first met Jonatan Rodriguez when I visit I usually dread walking into a car dealership, but looked forward to returning to Lexus of New Orleans. I had first met Jonatan Rodriguez when I visited the dealership a few months prior to my purchase just to get an idea of what I wanted to do when I was ready for my next car. He was very down to earth and didn’t pressure me to make a decision that day, but discussed options with me and left me feeling comfortable to return when I was ready. When I did decide on an RX 350, Jonatan made the process very smooth. He answered all of my questions and walked me through the options so that I could knowledgeably choose what was best for my situation. I will definitely recommend him and Lexus of New Orleans to my friends and family. More

Ask for Jonathan & Josh for the best car buying experience. We lost a vehicle due to a tropical storm we went to Lexus to look at new vehicles but ended up purchasing a certified GS350 F Sport because unbeknown We lost a vehicle due to a tropical storm we went to Lexus to look at new vehicles but ended up purchasing a certified GS350 F Sport because unbeknownst to me I was not aware of the detailed process that's involved with certifying a Lexus but in the long run and ended up being the very best deal even though the sales person could have sold us a new one this was the the best car buying experience I've had in the last 10 years. Make sure you ask for Jonathan and Josh when purchasing a car and financing. More

Go to another dealer NOT THEM Have purchased cars from this dealer since 1994 and just bought another and can't drive front wheel drive also Rx 350 is too high for me to get in and Have purchased cars from this dealer since 1994 and just bought another and can't drive front wheel drive also Rx 350 is too high for me to get in and out of (I have bad hip) less than a week later I called them and ask to void sale.They did not return my call for 2 days after they had sold my LS 460 that I traded.When I did get a call back it was NOT from the sales manager but a sales person.He than told me they had sold my car (sure it was after I called) they offered NO HELP at all.Tols me I would have to get use to it or buy another car from them.WELL that will be the last time they EVEr hear from me For over 20 years I bought cars from them on average of every 3 years and `this is how I am treated.I am a 70 year old widow.I agree that it is my fault I bought the thing in the first place but they kept telling me how great it was and it maybe but not for me.So before you buy from them I would check out lexus at other dealers of which they are many my neighbor when to mobile and bought a car $3000 cheaper than they where willing to sell. it's the very same car.Be ware they are not there to help anyone!
