DAVIN IS THE MAN So... it’s my wife’s birthday coming and I’ve seen her looking at Lexus cars on her iPad before bed. I don’t say anything, I just take a mental note a So... it’s my wife’s birthday coming and I’ve seen her looking at Lexus cars on her iPad before bed. I don’t say anything, I just take a mental note and go about my business. Now my wife is my biggest supporter and appreciation just doesn’t end when it comes to her so I’m thinking “I’ve gotta do something big for her birthhday” as far as gifts go. Now I know nothing about Lexus and their cars so I spin up there as clueless as a deer in headlights and luckily I fall into the hands of Davin Chambers. He doesn’t know me and I don’t know him but he asked such detailed questions and was so attentive that by the end of the process I wanted to invite him to game night with the fellas. I’ve rarely encountered service like this but just know that when my wife saw her birthday gift, the expression on her face and the look of gratefulness and feeling appreciated was warm enough to get us through the winter in the snow. Davin you helped me show my greatest supporter that she’s irreplaceable! If you need anything related to cars, Lexus, or both I suggest asking Davin first. When I was going through negotiations he heard me complain about the hike in my insurance premium so he had the on site Allstate agent, Eppy, call me and they saved me $1000 a year!! They were very professional and easy to work with. I have owned different Lexus vehicles for 20 years and their service department is 5 STAR rated. They offer a loaner vehicle for the LIFE of your vehicle and their service staff is fantastic. I also recently bought a 2019 Lexus ES350 F-Sport after selling my 2007 ES-350. My wife and I now own Lexus vehicles and we expect to be driving the Lexus Brand for the next 25 years. We have been a Loyal Lexus Customer for over 20 years since 1998 when I bought my 1st Lexus ES-350.
