From the first day I stepped in there till when I drove away with my new car nothing but greetings & smiles, honesty,transparency, and integrity. My salesperson Beyla Alvarado was honest, very helpful, and wasn’t pushy at all. Like many sales people I have ran into in the past. I was lucky to have the combination of Beyla as my salesperson and Mark the manager working for me to get me what I wanted in all aspects of car buying. As an impulsive person where when I want something, I want it now. I am 1000% glad I waited for Beyla and Mark to work for me, to get me the car I needed at the price I wanted in a timely manner. Even their finance department was a painless process. Let’s not forget about the countless amounts of bottled water and cookies I consumed while I was there. And when I was there the morning of delivery I helped myself to apple juice, orange juice, and muffins to get over my nerves of getting a new Lexus. I’ve purchased three cars in the past four years.
