While we were in New Orleans we decided to stop by to test drive an RX. Felix (aka Filipe) took us for a test drive. Super sweet guy with a great sense of humor. When we had finished signing the paperwork Felix took us to our new vehicle, to my surprise he had put a huge red Christmas bow on top which made the experience even more special. When I’m ready for my next Lexus I hope he will still be there. I would also like to add that the staff that we had contact with was also very friendly.
