Bo Williams was our sales person, what an amazing experience. I had never had a new car in my life, my husband wanted to make sure that I had the full experience. The car that we wanted was not available when we finished up with Bo that evening, but Bo got busy and a few days later called us to say he had our vehicle with all the specs that we had asked for. He even made sure that I had the big red bow on my car,( just as my husband had requested lol). Everyone at Lexus of New Orleans was very helpful and profesional. Of the 91 red vehicles available, only one had black interior but it did not have the options I desired. My salesperson, Beyla Alvarado did not give up searching until she found a vehicle that met my expectations. She kept me informed on a regular basis of the status of the vehicle.
