We exchanged multiple emails during the buying process and he surprised us with his prompt attention and thorough responses to our messages. Not only did he provide us with all of the information that we requested, he even offered to do more every step of the way. On top of that, we ended up getting a very good deal. We were so pleasantly surprised by the experience that we went back to Lexus a few weeks ago, requested Jonatan, and leased a new vehicle with him a second time.
