My experience started with the owner of the dealership greeting me and introducing me to Brandon Goines, salesman. Brandon was absolutely amazing and I could not have asked for better. We were super comfortable with him, had a lot in common, and at times it didn’t even feel like we were buying a new car. The first time the new car sales manager, Ralph Bailey, stuck his head in Brandon’s office was ten minutes after we arrived. He stated “this is not a sales pitch but are ya’ll serious about buying that car cause I have someone on the phone that is”? I responded to him and said we haven’t even talked about the price of the car yet so we were not sure. Mr. Bailey then said ok, well y’all are here so I will hold off the ones on the phone. I didn’t quite know what to think of that cause not only did I not know who he was but I thought it was rude. I let it go and shortly after Brandon came back in with the numbers. After running my credit and agreeing on terms, I asked if the delearship would consider removing the 2,000 charge for the added ceramic coating since the car is a 2024, and it is the same price as the 2025. I also figured this wasn’t an extraordinary request since the internet price includes all of the added features except for the ceramic coat. That’s right, the extra charge for ceramic coat is added, additional to the online prices (on select models) and you don’t find that out until you are at the dealership. This was today December 31, 2024, the last day of 2024. Brandon respectfully says “you can counter and ask anything”. Brandon then calls Mr. Bailey and when Mr. Bailey entered the room, Brandon asked me to explain to Mr. Bailey what I was asking him. After I explained to him about the ceramic coat price, Mr. Bailey explained “I can’t take anything off of that price, I told you I had someone on the phone earlier, they will come here and buy it for that price right now”. Mr. Bailey continued “I may be able to add 500 towards your trade, but that is it”. I told Mr. Bailey ok, and thank you. When Mr. Bailey left I explained to Brandon that I would not be buying a car from this dealership and apologized several times. Keep in mind that they already ran my credit and all I had to do was sign and the car was mine, but I will be dammed if anyone will talk to me like my time is not valuable or I am wasting their time especially when I am there to do a 65,000 deal on a new car that I chose to buy from you. I also explained to Brandon that I felt horrible for walking away after he had spent over two hours with my wife and I and he was loosing a deal over something that he couldn’t control. Over his “manager” talking to my wife and I like we wasted his time, when in fact he only spent all of three minutes talking to us. This was going to be our first Lexus ever, and all I can say is Brandon was amazing, but the little interaction we had with Mr. Bailey made me walk out and never want to go back. All I hope is that the owner, who I met when I first arrived, is able to read this cause if I were him, I sure would want to. More

Don't be fooled by the positive reviews, which I'm sure were solicited. This is one shady dealership. I tried to lease an RX350 from this dealership and didn't care for the way they did business. They were solicited. This is one shady dealership. I tried to lease an RX350 from this dealership and didn't care for the way they did business. They hid added dealer profit by marking-up on the Lexus Financial Service base money factor and failed to disclose the availability of a Lexus-sponsored cash incentive. I have dealt with Lexus dealers in other states and this is not at all what I’ve come to expect from Lexus .Frankly smacks of the sort of car dealership shenanigans that, until now, I had thought became passé decades ago. So I contacted the Lexus dealership in Baton Rouge, which offered a better deal from the jump. The next morning I received this e-mail from the salesman: "So I received a call this morning that you were recently shopping at our New Orleans dealership, seeing as both dealerships are owned under the same name, the deal I'm sending you is the same deal that you would have received from them." Note that the dealerships operate under different names, so the common ownership is not apparent. Bottom line, watch out for these folks. More
