Lexus of NO and even Lexus corporate is the absolute worse! I have owned and had my vehicle serviced by Lexus and only Lexus of NO for yrs and i can honestly say this is the worst experience I have ever worse! I have owned and had my vehicle serviced by Lexus and only Lexus of NO for yrs and i can honestly say this is the worst experience I have ever had. Not only did they give me an outrageous estimate to repair my car, suggesting even to just replace the car w/a new one, but they then explained to us they don't really know what's wrong w/the car. it could cost $3K to repair to 10's of thousands. What kind of estimate is that?! Called corp to receive assistance, only to be given the run around by my case worker, Ashton, whom I have never spoken to once! the dealership and corp are on 2 different plains. dealership said if "i bought a "used" engine, I can't guarantee what i'd get" corp says we don't know where they'd get an engine that would be "used" as they have "certified" engines w/a yr's warranty. the dealership never even mentioned that option. horrible customer support and definitely a fall from glory for the Lexus Brand! More
