Example of Rick working with my mother who is later in life and Ricks concern was to make sure comfort and ease of access to the car was key for her age. He pulled each key item she desired and lined up vehicles until she had what was best for her. The service department has kept all 7+ vehicles that friends and family members have purchased in great condition with personal contact on up coming service recommendations. This team will continue to get business opportunities from many friends and when it’s time for vehicles for the new drivers in the family. More

I purchased my NX200t almost 6 months ago and have had the ultimate pleasure of returning to the dealership twice to see Violet😊 Both times was to get assistance on my needing to further my learning experience on the operations of my vehicle! Lucky me I got Violet both times🤗 Even though I could look at my manual for direction on the 'how to' there is nothing that could compare to hands on and that's where Violet comes in! She is just Fantastic; she is very well-versed in knowing the operations of my vehicle and no doubt I'm sure she's very knowledgeable in the area of all other Lexus vehicles! She's like a teacher teaching a student! It's obvious w/her knowledge she has to really take time to learn the dynamics of the vehicles & in turn teach the owner. This says a lot about her and her position of wanting to make sure when explaining and showing the operations of "your vehicle" she can do it with such ease and confidence; she knows what she's talking about and from my experience she is right on point!! Violet also has a great deal of patience, encouraging you to always ask questions and making sure you understand! Time was NOT a factor. I thank Violet for her taking the time to teach me what I so needed to know and in doing that I can enjoy my Lexus to the fullest🤗 Violet you are a true professional!! More

I have worked with other dealers in my area including, McGrath - Westmont, Arlington/Roarman- Arlington Hts. and Bredeman - Glenview. I used to live in Naperville and now reside in Northbrook - 60 minutes away. I STILL drive out to Naperville so these folks can service our cars. They have spoiled me and my wife. No other Lexus dealership lives up to what Naperville consistently provides - top notch, excellent service. I TRUST these folks with my cars. If they tell me something needs to be done, I do it. I have NEVER felt that way about ANY OTHER DEALER. While I have to admit that McGrath/Westmont came the closest to Naperville, no one has ever provided the customer service and an overall "experience" that matches the folks at Lexus of Naperville. Whether it's in sales - Hani Dolat or Service - Darryl, Cindy, Sharon et al - these folks deliver on the Lexus brand promise EVERY SINGLE DAY. More

We were told that after the recent strike in the service department, the ownership decided to do away with that service. I was told they have had several complaints but “they (owners) are standing firm with their decision”. We do not have a local Lexus dealership so we were told to go to a Toyota dealer. In my opinion this speaks volumes about their commitment to customer. More
