Not through when you take your car here. I had high hope's for Lexus of Naperville. Tok car in for a recall and a front noise when turning. Was told by ANOTHER place (oil change) 5 days later that the REAR brakes needed replacement and Lexus should have caught it. The rear brake pads are not even touching the rotors properly and they even showed me. What's worse is Lexus has a break special this month you would think they would want to check all cars for this to generate revenue. I guess they have enough money 50k+ for a car ,so who wants another 400.00 for break pads? Sadly, now more of my time needs to be wasted for more break work that should have been caught at the same time as my front pads. Also, when I called Lexus back regarding this issue I had to call 3.. yes 3 times to get an answer as to why. They stated that they just didn't inspect the rear since my car wasn't in for a break check initially. Customer service is not a priority here if it takes 3 separate phone calls on different day. Don't bring your car for service here. More
I was denied a walk in oil change two days in a row. I even showed up at 4:40PM the second time, way before the service department was due to close. An appointment should not be necessary for an oil change, it takes less than 15 minutes for a good technician to drain the oil and filter while performing the underbody inspection. More

Lexus ES 350 2019 5000 mile service Just had my brand new ES 350 in for its first 5000 mile service and the tires were rotated. Immediately after the rotation the vehicle developed a rum Just had my brand new ES 350 in for its first 5000 mile service and the tires were rotated. Immediately after the rotation the vehicle developed a rumbling noise at highway speeds. The annoying noise prompted me to have it checked out at another dealer. Lexus of Peoria traced the noise to the cupping of one of the front tires and had the car checked for wheel alignment. The toe on the rear wheel was off specification resulting in the cupping of the rear tire which was subsequently rotated to the front at the 5K mile service hence the rumbling noise. An all wheel alignment was performed by Lexus of Peoria with their recommendation that I bring the car back after a 1000 mile run.. Lexus of Naperville failed to notice the cupping of the rear tire during the 5K service rotation resulting in a second trip to another dealer. This has been my third Lexus ES 350 from Lexus of Naperville. I am disappointed with the service of this dealership who I have been servicing my vehicles sins 2007. This has been my second event that has made me recall on a past service experience I have had a few years ago. Lexus of Naperville recommended that I replace rear brake pads on my ES 350 2008 that measured 3mm. However, I declined the service and opted to have it serviced at Lexus of Peoria who was less expensive. Lexus of Peoria was honest enough to reach out to me with the good news that the rear pads had 7 mm of thickness. This was brought to the attention of service department who did a second measurement of the rear pads and concluded that they were wrong the first time. There have been times that I have been pleased with their service but the last one on my ES 350 2019 5K service has been made thinking - about their service Ben Curcio did reach out to me last week and had a pleasant conversation about my concerns. Will bring in my Lexus 2019 to have the tire wear check after a 1000 mile run Thanks to you Ben for mailing the check refunding the 10% coupon that Mr. MICHAEL PIRELLI failed to honor on my ES 2008 service related to the power steering leak.. You do have a great friendly staff in the service but occasionally one or two stand out as otherwise and may require some re-orientation to exude some warmth. I More
