hese guys are crooks!!! DO NOT GO HERE. I have a Black 2004 Lexus GS 300 that was not accelerating. I took it into them so that I can find out exactly what the problem is. They did a diagnostics and recei 2004 Lexus GS 300 that was not accelerating. I took it into them so that I can find out exactly what the problem is. They did a diagnostics and received 2 codes (P0102 and P0113), these are codes for Mass Air Flow Circuit Low and Intake Air Temp. They told me I need to replace the transmission. Replace the TRANSMISSION??? Gave me a quote for $9199.28. I asked them how they determined that I have a bad transmission and they said it's based on the tech driving the car. They charged me $131 and really couldn't give me anything positive about what the problem is. I searched on Craigslist for a transmission mechanic, gave him my car and asked him to diagnose it (which he did for free). He said it's NOT your transmission, it's your Catalytic converter and he can prove it by boaring out the honey comb in it. This proved there was nothing wrong with the transmission because the car ran fine (a little muffler noise but ran fine). I bought an aftermarket Catalytic converter and had him replace it. Total cost $400. I called Pete the Service Manager to tell him that they charged me for an incorrect diagnostic. He simply said that HE CANNOT REFUND MY $131.00. IT'S NOT ABOUT THE MONEY, ITS THE PRINCIPLE. If I didn't do the leg work to find out what really is wrong with my car they would have charged me $10,000 and still have the same problem with the car. I've purchased cars from other dealerships in the past but this one takes the cake. While servicing my car they allowed me to use a Lexus loaner even tho I had no purchased a new car. They took care of the problem with promptness and professionalism. I will def be back to purchase a new vehicle when I am back in the market. I will also pass along the positive experience I had with you guys. Keep up the excellent work!!! My experience with Lexus has always positive, but my last service experience was extraordinary. My IS had major engine problems, and I was just days out of my warranty. Jason worked with us and corporate to remedy this issue. He was clearly customer-oriented and informative along the way. Jason called frequently and kept my husband and I updated. He and the Lexus Corporation stood behind the car. He and the Lexus Dealership/Corporation verified my trust in the brand. On Wednesday April 27 I visited Lexus of Naperville to have my car service after I left McGrath Lexus in Westmont. I drove into the garage at LON and i was approached by Jason Muza. This guy was great to work with I informed Jason about my experience at McGrath and Lexus of Naperville service was the total opposite of the experience I received at Mcgrath. Lexus of Naperville service was the best. Not only did they service my car I was also added to their list for any discount work that needed to be perfomred on my car. I totally trust this dealership and I can honestly say that when my lease it up I will go to Lexus of Naperville to renew my lease instead on Mcgrath. Its truly amazing how these two dealerships are son different. Jason was awesome. I highly recommend requesting for Jason for your service. More

Bill Reinekie and his team not only do a super job washing the car inside and out, they take care of everything. Including, but not limited to: Fixing scratches, paint touch ups, fixing License Plates and frames, and polishing Headlights. You would easily pay $20+ /per wash for this service elsewhere. When we purchased our vehicle we were partly sold on the service package where they send someone out to pickup your vehicle, service it and return it. One year later they have changed their policy without service package where they send someone out to pickup your vehicle, service it and return it. One year later they have changed their policy without any notice to customers but they are sorry and when can we schedule you to bring in your vehicle and sit and wait in our waiting room. Another thing they promised was unlimited car washes with vacumming and waxing. Well in one year they have done this service one time - every other time they have had an excuse. Seems they will tell you anyting to get your sale but we won't be repeat customers due to the service changes! Nobody likes being lied to!!! More
Stay away from this dealer. I have never been lied to, disrespected, and treated like a second class citizen as I have working with this dealer. We own three Lexus vehicles, all purchased from this dealer. The RX300 had brake problems shortly after purchasing it. After three days in the shop, the service writer calls and said that it will cost 265.00. I told him should be covered as warranty. He replies, "this isn't a Lexus problem, this is your problem. You aparently use your brakes too much". i called the zone office and filed a complaint. The dealer repaired the brakes at no charge. On another occasion, I contacted the service manager, Art Smith, and started to explain a problem in hope of getting his advise. Not expecting him to remember me, I mentioned that he had helped me before and that I would like his help again. He immediately cuts me off and says, "I see lots of cars and perople in here, i can't remember everybody", just as rude as he could say it. Then proceeds to tell me to take my car to his body shop direct. He didn't even hear me tell him that i also wanted a 15,000 mile service. It was clear that he didn't want to assist me what-so-ever. There was another case when I decided to look at a LX470 that was in the showroom. I asked the receptionist if the salesman who I usually deal with was in. She said he was in a sales meeting but should be down in 15 minutes. I decided to wait. She tells me there is coffee if I'd like while I wait. As I was walking around in the showroom, a gentleman walked in and asked "what was I doing"! I told him I was waiting for the salesman and that I was interested in purchasing the LX470 I was standing next to. This guy looks at me and says, "well, we are in a meeting and I don't want you to be in my showroom without anyone here so come back later." (this is the honest to god's truth and can be varified with two dealer employee witnesses who overheard this from the service waiting area). I told him I could not believe he was talking to me like that and asked who he was. He told me that he was the sales manager, and with that, he walks to the door and opens it and tells me to come back later. I immediately use my call phone and called the Lexus zone office, which happens to be located just down the street. I spoke with the zone manager, who really could have cared less but tells me he will look into it. I never received a return call from him. The sales person was informed of this and did call me tow days later. After a very brief half hearted apology, he says, there is another sales manager that he can work with if I still wanted to purchase this car. Believe it or not, I did buy the car. But, no apology, calls or anything from the zone office or management from this dealer. I'm finished with Lexus of Naperville, and possibly Lexus for good. This was a good car company that is slowly slipping away. I'm thinking BMW for my future vehicles. Think Lexus will care? Not ! By the way, this Sheri the previous poster mentions, is at the McGrath Lexus in Westmont. Yes, she has established quite a reputation there as well. She won't see any customers nor will she answer the phone. More
