A scam of epic proportions. BUYER BEWARE: We should have seen the writing on the wall from our first visit with their "No Haggle" negotiation policy. In looking back, this was th BUYER BEWARE: We should have seen the writing on the wall from our first visit with their "No Haggle" negotiation policy. In looking back, this was the first part of the SCAM, also known as, Lexus of Naperville. While it feels good to not have to negotiate the price on your new vehicle, you should never settle for this. At the conclusion of your purchase, you are offered the option to buy a "coupon book" and service package (AVOID AT ALL COSTS). This is to make you feel as if you are receiving a gift out of the gratitude of the dealership and salesperson. However, when having your vehicle serviced by them for either an oil change, or mileage servicing, you are in fact paying for the time that you are sitting in the waiting room, not the actual time that they are doing work on your vehicle! Doesn't seem like a big deal until you realize they are charging you over 50% more than the going wage at $140/hr to sit in their new posh waiting room. The coupon book gives the illusion that you are saving money, as they tear the pages out and apply them to your oil change, tire rotation, new battery, etc. The reality is that it does not matter what they take off your final bill, as it is over inflated well beyond what the actual cost of the service should be. For example, a new battery cost us $228 including labor. Labor, was charged for 30 minutes, or $70. A mechanic anywhere that takes 30 minutes to change a car battery needs to be fired, especially from a luxury car dealership. In another instance, we were there for about 1 hour and 40 minutes for an oil change and tire rotation. We were charged over $250 in labor for the entirety of the time that we were in the waiting room. To this I bring the same argument, if you have mechanics that need over an hour and a half to change your oil and rotate your tires, you need to fire them and restaff your crew . . . unless there is something more sinister at play here. . . Don't get me started on the $4.00 FOB battery replacement fee that I did not even ask for, and did not need. In conclusion, Lexus of Naperville plays within absolutely abhorrent ethical business practices. They smile and lie to your face just like Hillary Clinton as they steal your money in the form of over inflated labor charges masked by the guise of their "coupon book". This starts from the day you walk in and they pitch to you their "no haggle" price policy, which is debatable on whether it is just laziness or a deliberate attempt to discourage you from actually getting a better deal. The scam continues every time you visit, coupon by coupon, in an attempt to make you feel as if you're getting a great deal. This is even more so now, as they have to pay for their newly remodeled waiting area. It is pretty however. Take your money elsewhere for a new vehicle, and especially for servicing. Or at the very least, review your service bill and ask why it took them an hour and a half to change your oil, and why you're being charged over $250 in labor for that said service. More

Understanding that a used car is just that....used, I told the dealership that I didn't want to spend good money and get something like that. I didn't fault the dealership, it's a used car. Well that wasn't good enough for them, they wanted my business. Bill asked me to give him 24 hours and let his team do some work on it. I said okay, but I wasn't hopeful that it was going to turn out good because many of the scratches were deep. Well, to my surprise when I came back to look at it, it looked BRAND NEW! I couldn't believe it. These scratches were deep, but the team went above and beyond. This really convinced me that they did want my business. Thanks Bill!!! More

I would like to give a special thanks to Manager Mike Jones and my service consultant tech. They was very informative and understanding to my service needs. Not only did they take care of an unexpected issue they also kept me informed step-by-step and never once said what he could not do. He only said what he could do. He even went as far as giving me a rental car for a couple of hours to make sure ,I wasn't inconvenience. I have been working in customer service for over 20 years.I know great customer service when I receive it. When I left Lexus of Naperville Car Lot I knew, I would be returning again rather it be for the servicing of my vehicle RX 350 or to purchase a new one from Lexus of Naperville. Learning about our new car We pulled in to the service area of our local Lexus dealer because we were not sure our air conditioning unit was working. We had just purchased this 2013 Lexus 350 the week before from another dealer. We barely knew any thing about the car, (let alone how to get to the air conditioning feature). The service tech told us that our air as not working because we had not activated it! We told him that we had received no instructions on the car, other than turning it on and locking it! We were told that if we went around to the front of the dealership we could meet with someone who could explain a few things to us. This is when we met Michael Comer, a Lexus Delivery Specialist. He was simply amazing! He took the time to explain so many of the cars features and hidden things that we were not aware of. For example, how the key comes apart from the fob, how to lock the glove box, how to open the rear door and lay the seats flat and so many other things! He spent over an hour with us and truly educated us (with as much as we could absorb)! He was kind, patient and had a sense of humor! He said that he had shown us about two-thirds of what we needed to know and invited us to come back for the last thirHd of the instructions as soon as we recovered from our "brain overload". He is a true asset to this dealership and to the Lexus community. You are very lucky to have him and we are very lucky to have met him. More

I go in for an oil change and they damage something else for me to come back again. And when I call them to ask, they are absolutely rude and dishonest. Its to a point where I am seriously considering suing them and their cheap tactics. I am sure many are being cheated this way but don't know how to deal with this. More

This car is by far the best of any car in the 40 to 50 price range, it is the Lexus ES model . Since driving the car I have hit a few problems, tech issues not broken parts. The phone had pairing issues with the car AT&T. The 2nd issue was with Sirus radio weather. While driving it showed red in color on my screen for 4 plus days while the sun was shinning. Found out it was not suited for my year and model. Both of these issues have been handled by Andrew Farraher and his partner Mike Comer. Andrew and Mike both have worked with me on everything since my garage door pairing done by Mike at my house. Phone pairing problems fixed by Andrew. These two tech supports are the best Lexus of Naperville could have. I do have great respect for both of these gentlemen. Lexus of Naperville is lucky and wise to have them in close support of new customers. The love and work ethic shows. The Lexus badge when seen plants a quality image from its past reviews and present following. Sirus, Comcast, AT&T have not been very kind to me and lack my respect, with people like Andrew and Mike Lexus will stay atop for the masses. Good luck....Jack B. More

Service rep did not have minimum courtesy to empathize with the situation and moreover stated that there is a promo discount on my service when i dropped off the car for service.
