I worked through Chris Colsant to close the deal and Paul Szmergalski took terrific care of me after that. Paul was extremely knowledgeable about the car even if it wasn't a Lexus. He did a great job to prep it for me and also initiated a clean up of my old car that I was keeping. He treated me professionally and always made sure I was comfortable during the whole process.
