The best part of the Lexus experience was working with my car salesperson, Sal Lala. He was very patient and helped me find the exact car that I needed. After purchasing the first car with him, I knew that he was the only salesperson that I wanted to deal with in the future. Even after the purchase when I came in for car washes, he would come to greet me and ask me about my car. He is very kind, friendly, and truly cares that a customer finds the right car to meet his/her needs. More
Learning about our new car We pulled in to the service area of our local Lexus dealer because we were not sure our air conditioning unit was working. We had just purchased this We pulled in to the service area of our local Lexus dealer because we were not sure our air conditioning unit was working. We had just purchased this 2013 Lexus 350 the week before from another dealer. We barely knew any thing about the car, (let alone how to get to the air conditioning feature). The service tech told us that our air as not working because we had not activated it! We told him that we had received no instructions on the car, other than turning it on and locking it! We were told that if we went around to the front of the dealership we could meet with someone who could explain a few things to us. This is when we met Michael Comer, a Lexus Delivery Specialist. He was simply amazing! He took the time to explain so many of the cars features and hidden things that we were not aware of. For example, how the key comes apart from the fob, how to lock the glove box, how to open the rear door and lay the seats flat and so many other things! He spent over an hour with us and truly educated us (with as much as we could absorb)! He was kind, patient and had a sense of humor! He said that he had shown us about two-thirds of what we needed to know and invited us to come back for the last thirHd of the instructions as soon as we recovered from our "brain overload". He is a true asset to this dealership and to the Lexus community. You are very lucky to have him and we are very lucky to have met him. More

She will make your experience of buying that new car as seamless as possible. With our list of questions, Laura patiently answered each and every one of them. At one point she even pulled out of us something to consider even though we thought we had done our homework. Our first visit with Laura was the preliminary one, driving the car and gathering facts, but there was one other dealership we wanted to visit. In the meantime, we had a follow up call from Laura to see if we had thought of any other questions. What we liked about Laura was we did not feel pressured at all which is the downfall of going to most dealerships. In the end we went back to Lexus of Naperville, finalized everything with Laura and drove home our 2015 Lexus RX350 after Jacob Baron patiently explained in detail how everything worked in the car. Lexus of Naperville has the kind of customer service people want but rarely see these days. We highly recommend Lexus of Naperville and Laura Krist and Jacob Baron. More
