My dad tends to walk out of car dealerships because he doesn't like dealing with the salesman but he speaks so highly of Dan and enjoys working with him. He's laid back and no pressure what so ever, that's why we keep returning to him! On my last lease I actually thought about getting a less expensive car and my experience at Nissan was terrible! I drove right from Nissan to Lexus and was signing papers to my new IS 250 within 15min. The price was the same and I was getting SO much more from Lexus! Dan knows how to treat his customers right. I worked through Chris Colsant to close the deal and Paul Szmergalski took terrific care of me after that. Paul was extremely knowledgeable about the car even if it wasn't a Lexus. He did a great job to prep it for me and also initiated a clean up of my old car that I was keeping. He treated me professionally and always made sure I was comfortable during the whole process. I did not get a hang of the angle I need to get in since this was my first attempt. Called Hani and arranged for an appointment to take a look at this. They took care of it right away and the scratch is now completely gone. So far my experience is great and I hope it would stay this way like others have mentioned in their reviews. More
