Steve Mills met me in the dealership lot and took time to educate us about the car and its features. This was my 1st experience looking at a Lexus and 1st experience at Lexus of Naperville. Steve was very patient, and not a pushy salesman which we appreciated. After a test drive around the track and a couple days texting Steve my questions we made the decision to purchase our 1st Lexus. The negotiation was quick and professional. Steve made the entire process painless and presented the car to us with the Lexus bow from the Christmas commercial. We found the truck With the options I wanted at a different location and I was told that they could have it to me in a week or two. I got a call the next day stating that my vehicle was in and I could come pick it up. The technology specialist (Violet) did an excellent job making sure I understood how to use the features of my car. She even called a few days later to see if I had any issues or questions.
