Sal made car buying a straightforward and easy experience from beginning to end! He is extremely knowledge about the products and helped us find exactly what we needed. I must also give kudos to our Finance Manager, Rene Peyton, was also extremely pleasant and was helpful in getting the financial part taken care of expeditiously and with no worries. Overall, I have found that Lexus of Naperville is different from other car dealerships I have dealt with. The atmosphere is very pleasant and professional. Sal treated us with respect and did not use high-pressure sales tactics. This was a great experience all around. I’ve never been loyal to a particular salesperson/dealership -- until now. He doesn't have to but that's who he is. He's become like a close friend that just happens to work at a dealership. When I was browsing the lot looking for the car I saw online, Steve came out and made sure I was being taken care of. Everything from there on out was great, from any questions about the car to the test drive (the local test drive track is fun!) to the final sale was a very positive experience. Steve kept in touch with me even off business hours to confirm car availability and scheduling a time for me to come back in for the actual purchase.
