We've been in the market to replace a vehicle looking at both new and used. Having visited several other dealerships of different makes we decided to visit Lexus of Naperville. The moment we walked in the front door the dealership had a different feel to it. Our salesman, Jon Krier, was tremendous to work with. We decided on certified used and Jon patiently worked with us as we test drove several vehicles before we settled on the one we wanted to buy. The general manager, Bill Kuniej, is top notch. Bill took the time to be sure we were comfortable with our options as well. All this took some time, but never did we feel pressured. The entire experience was very professional and made for an overall great experience. Any Lexus professional we encountered at the dealership - sales, finance, delivery - was very respectful, kind, and professional. We would highly recommend this dealership. More
Professional and Courteous I recently purchased my 2016 Lexus RX 350 from Lexus of Naperville. This was my 6th Lexus car purchase, but the first at Naperville. My experience wa I recently purchased my 2016 Lexus RX 350 from Lexus of Naperville. This was my 6th Lexus car purchase, but the first at Naperville. My experience was professional, respectful and overall a great experience that I would highly recommend. My salesman was Jon Krier, simply a delightful gentlemen whom made the entire experience wonderful. He respected my time, made sure that I was happy with my experience and even sat in on the delivery discussion with Violet Vrsek. She was also delightful, very knowledgeable and knew her stuff. Each interaction whether over the email with Alek and Andrew F. to face to face discussions with Chris, Jon K. Violet V and Peton (?) the finance guy were delightful. I look forward to continuing my interactions as I service my vehicle in Naperville. Thank you for my 2016, I love it. More

Excellent Purchasing Experience I have always hated the whole experience of purchasing a used car but this time it was really a pleasure. From the start Chris responded to my e-mail I have always hated the whole experience of purchasing a used car but this time it was really a pleasure. From the start Chris responded to my e-mail quickly and with a more than honest evaluation of the vehicle we were interested in. When we arrived at the dealership we were greeted by Nick, sale consultant, who was professional and very friendly. He went out of his way to make us feel comfortable and showed us the vehicle without any type of high pressure and answered all of our questions. The vehicle was perfect for us, the price outstanding and the experience was so different from that of other dealers that there was no doubt we would be purchasing the vehicle from him. The purchase itself went very smoothly and Rene, the finance manager, was not pushy but made sure we understood all of our options. I have no doubt that we will be returning the for our next purchase and for us the 90 mile drive is worth it! More

Until then, I had never experienced such attention and true quality Customer Service that I received working with Nick Gerlac at Naperville Lexus. The service department is Excellent as well, I might add. When it was time to purchase a car for my Grandson, I told my daughter that if it were me, the only person I would trust buying a used vehicle was Nick. I told her how knowledgeable he was, but the #1 asset for me with Nick is that I truly trust him and his honesty. Nothing is more important when you put your child or grandchild in a car--you want dependability and most of all a SAFE car. She took my advice and we called Nick. He sold us a very nice used vehicle. Thanks to Nick, there are 3 very happy people from our purchase from Lexus - Me, my daughter and my grandson. More

My husband and I have been looking to downsize our SUV and I just couldn't find any of the smaller /mid size SUV's that had character, and that didn't look like a 'cookie cutter' vehicle' that everyone else had. We looked around for a year, and my gut kept steering me back to the Lexus NX 200t Sport at the Lexus Dealership in Naperville. I can NOT STRESS ENOUGH how accommodating, fair and professional, as well as down to earth everyone was from the beginning to the end of our experience!!!! Any dealer we have ever bought a vehicle from in the past, has been more of an upsetting or unsettling experience, in which takes away from the excitement an owner should embrace from the amount of money they have just signed away. I purchased a used Chevrolet Camaro that met the exact specifications that I had been looking for for approximately a year. The car was actually better in person than was listed on the internet. They actually had a private "test track" not far from their facility that allowed me to check out the car at my own pace and not worry about traffic. It was a neat feature for the dealership to have. The car itself was fairly priced and the transaction was easy. I knew going into it exactly what the market was and they had priced the car aggressively so I knew they were serious about wanting to sell the car because I really don't have the patience or the time to go back and forth trying to get a price in a range that is fair. I was thankful for that. Overall good people. More
