I was very impressed with Hani's knowledge of the mechanical aspects of his product, his courtesy and even with his negotiating prowess. The gentleman in the business/finance office was very good at explaining financing terms and how I could save money. Then Violet took over a very extensive review of the car's features. After learning that we were trading in a 2010 Lexus, she went point-by-point through the changes in selection buttons and the navigation system -- at least an hour's worth. Violet also helped with a question I had a few days later. I would return to this dealership for service, if not for the 120-mile difference. More

Understanding that a used car is just that....used, I told the dealership that I didn't want to spend good money and get something like that. I didn't fault the dealership, it's a used car. Well that wasn't good enough for them, they wanted my business. Bill asked me to give him 24 hours and let his team do some work on it. I said okay, but I wasn't hopeful that it was going to turn out good because many of the scratches were deep. Well, to my surprise when I came back to look at it, it looked BRAND NEW! I couldn't believe it. These scratches were deep, but the team went above and beyond. This really convinced me that they did want my business. Thanks Bill!!! More
