Help with Navigational and other settings on my new RX350 I was having problems with my navagational settings not working as I had expected. After reading manual and trying various things I went to dealership I was having problems with my navagational settings not working as I had expected. Additionally, she spent rhe next half hour walking me through and explaining carious other settings. From the very beginning, Bob displayed exceptional customer service and outstanding efficiency. We had a time crunch for our appointment and he was as thorough as he could be but understood our time constraint. Not only did he provide supreme knowledge, but he was very kind and very helpful. He was able to get us the car that i wanted for a great deal and got us out of the dealership promptly! also, although this sounds small- he offered to give us a box to unload all of our belongings into rather than take up time to organize. That was a huge service component for us! He made sure to have us triple check the entire previous vehicle including finding an important city sticker we needed.
