Excellent car buying experience !! Day 1 – Went to the dealership to browse some used cars & figure out which one meets our needs and budget. Even though I mentioned to Sal that we are Day 1 – Went to the dealership to browse some used cars & figure out which one meets our needs and budget. Even though I mentioned to Sal that we are only browsing, he let us look at several cars and took us on a test drive. He went over the several features of the car but never tried to sell us that car at 8.00pm that night. After visits to other car dealerships in the area and few follow up conversations with Sal, we decided to go back to Lexus of Naperville on a weekend. Day 2 – Sal took us for a test drive and never asked if we are ready to buy. Being very picky about the car, we spend couple more hours test driving & comparing few of the used cars in the lot, while Sal was absolutely patient with us. Eventually we picked the car we wanted to buy and even the financial part of the experience was very smooth. Having talked to several car salesmen & sales managers in the past couple of months, I am very pleased with Sal’s attention to detail, thoughtfulness to give us space to make decision & overall great customer service. More

I've bought many cars in my life and most car sales people I tolerated but never trusted! These guys both went above and beyond before, during and the real surprise was and still is how helpful they are after the sale!!! I purchased my NX200t almost 6 months ago and have had the ultimate pleasure of returning to the dealership twice to see Violet😊 Both times was to get assistance on my needing to further my learning experience on the operations of my vehicle! Lucky me I got Violet both times🤗 Even though I could look at my manual for direction on the 'how to' there is nothing that could compare to hands on and that's where Violet comes in! She is just Fantastic; she is very well-versed in knowing the operations of my vehicle and no doubt I'm sure she's very knowledgeable in the area of all other Lexus vehicles! She's like a teacher teaching a student! It's obvious w/her knowledge she has to really take time to learn the dynamics of the vehicles & in turn teach the owner. This says a lot about her and her position of wanting to make sure when explaining and showing the operations of "your vehicle" she can do it with such ease and confidence; she knows what she's talking about and from my experience she is right on point!! Violet also has a great deal of patience, encouraging you to always ask questions and making sure you understand! Time was NOT a factor. He follows up with us and has always exceeded our expectations. When Nick was unavailable, all the other people we've worked with are also respectful, helpful and friendly. One other personal point. As a parent of an autistic child, we love that Lexus of Naperville has programs that support people with autism. It's clear that the dealership is striving to provide great service, support their community, and also make the car buying experience pleasant. More

I have Never Ever met a person like Jon who is in the business world of sales & consulting. Jon is a person who represents the true character of what "Integrity" represents!!
