Example of Rick working with my mother who is later in life and Ricks concern was to make sure comfort and ease of access to the car was key for her age. He pulled each key item she desired and lined up vehicles until she had what was best for her. The service department has kept all 7+ vehicles that friends and family members have purchased in great condition with personal contact on up coming service recommendations.
