Overall my experience with getting my new GX wasn't that great and definitely not comparable to how smooth it went at Lexus of Orland with my NX back in 2018. The only reason why I went through with the great and definitely not comparable to how smooth it went at Lexus of Orland with my NX back in 2018. The only reason why I went through with the sale at the Naperville location is because no other dealership had the exterior and interior color combination I wanted everything was a wait until at LEAST March. The car world is so crazy right now. First off if you're buying a car there, there is no negotiation off the sticker price aka MSRP according to our sales person Jenaid. He didn't help us out in anyway. The car we wanted was being shipped into the US and he mentioned it would be here right before Christmas which timing was right. When we traded in our NX (back in November) he said he couldn't talk incentives on the GX because he was waiting for December for all their promotions. No big deal, right. Well when we went yesterday to close the deal he mentioned there was NO incentives on the GX which was a complete lie. I had to point him to the Lexus website to show him there was interest and other incentives. What kind of sales person doesn't know this? Also, when the finance guy came back after running our credit which was in the high 700s, he said we didn't qualify for that interest. I then told we will not be taking the car with a nearly 4% rate when promotion was 2.49% He went back and came back with a lower rate 2.24%. Another way the dealership tried to mess us over. Once we signed all The paperwork Jenaid took us to our car and he wasn't knowledgeable at all in the features of the car and he spent a little over 5 minutes with us to go over certain things because he had another client. He didn't take his time with us and overall felt rushed. To me this is all insane and just shows how the dealership and the sales people aren't looking out for your best interest. Please people do your homework and stay educated and if you can avoid this place please do!! I will never buy another Lexus from Naperville again. More
Very clean, friendly staff. Sal was very professional. We were that couple that came in late, but he did not rush us.
