Lexus of Naperville always treats us with kindness and respect. The beginning of December we were in an accident in our Lexus. My husband and I are fine but our car was totaled. Once our insurance was settled we went to Lexus of Naperville. We were greeted at the door by Brent Burns. He was so kind and understanding. We had a ES 350 before so that's where we started. We knew that due to present supply issues we would not have much to pick from. We test drive the 350 and liked it very much. Back in the showroom I noticed the SUV. I looked at it but I did not like the interior. Brent said there was another one in the lot. Brent brings it up and I loved the color and the interior. Brent was able to answer all of our questions and gave my husband and I the time we needed to make our decision. Well we got the SUV and brought it home the next day. Love my new car! I was pretty overwhelmed with the technology of my new 2022 ES350 (previous car 2008). Michael Comer, (Master Lexus Delivery Specialist) has a wealth of knowledge that you can't put a price on. I've been back four times and he’s willing to spend as much time as needed getting me comfortable with my new vehicle. I wanted splash guards; Michael checked with the parts department; they weren't available. Michael went out of his way searching high quality aftermarket splash guards for me. John Ziebarth, (Sales Consultant) was my first point of contact. He was extremely knowledgeable about the Lexus vehicles. John also knew important information about my second choice vehicle that I was unaware of as far as cost of servicing. Extremely helpful; I could've made a mistake in my vehicle choice. Thanks John. Tony Steward, (New Vehicle Sales Manager) went out of his way searching for the exact vehicle I was looking for. I went to a lot of different dealerships and none of them got back to me in a timely manner or at all. Thank you Tony. Joe Castillo (Financial Service Manager) The purchase process was painless. No hidden fees, no additional charges. When I came back days later for an extended warranty it was still the same price as quoted when I purchased the vehicle.
