From the start I had the pleasure of dealing with JD Stookey in internet sales. She made sure to find the exact car I was looking for, an RX 500h. I worked with John, one of the managers, he was able to answer all of the questions I had and was very nice to work with. John let me put a deposit on the car that I wanted that was arriving within a week rather then having me drive in to make the deposit. This was great as I live 2 hours away from the dealership. Then I had the pleasure of meeting Monse, my sales rep, I had an excellent experience dealing with Monse. She was extremely helpful and relaxed, not pushy. She has touched base with me to see if I had any questions or needed any help with my new vehicle. As my vehicle was getting all prepared, Tony the new car sales manager called to offer me some options. When I said no to the options he accepted my answer, no pressure. Of course I had questions for him as well and he found me the answers. When purchasing the vehicle I met with Joe in finance. Joe was great as well. We paid cash for the car and Joe accepted that and did not try to make us finance like other dealerships have done. The final step was setting up our phones with the Lexus app. Both Monse and Tiffany walked us through that and everything is working as it should. Monse and Tiffany were a great help with the final stages and I appreciate their time and efforts in making sure everything was working for us. Rick VanPelt at Lexus of Naperville worked trying to get the Lexus app on my phone recognized by my car on 2 separate days for a total of almost 5 hours and he’s not the salesman that sold me the car!
