First when I arrived the advisor never brought me inside his booth he talked to me in lobby RUDE.!!! But I watched him take every person inside but me. Maybe prejudice. Working with Lexus of Naperville was a wonderful experience from start to finish. When we first arrived and began looking at a few cars on the lot, we were not hounded right away by a salesman; whic experience from start to finish. When we first arrived and began looking at a few cars on the lot, we were not hounded right away by a salesman; which was refreshing to look around without feeling pressured. When we did go into the dealership we were greeted politely & helped immediately. Dan Foster help us with the test drive & subsequent purchase of a vehicle. He was very knowledgeable about the car; answering all of our questions and alleviating any concerns. Dan was professional, kind, open & honest. The actual sales & financing portion was quick & easy; having been streamlined utilizing newer technology to fill out any paperwork electronically.
