I’m also a woman, and most of the sales people I’ve dealt with tend to talk down to me like I’m a child. God forbid a woman might actually know a thing or two about cars. Sal Lala was professional in every way. When I walked into the show room he asked how he could help. I explained I was there for a specific car, in a hard to find color, there were only two in the entire Chicago metro area. I also let Sal know I had just visited a different dealer about an hour away and wondered if he could do any better on the price. He said he would check. He came back about 5 minutes later and offered a price $500 less than the first dealer. I was pleasantly surprised! The only remaining drawback was I wanted heated seats, which neither car had. He said there was an aftermarket solution which he could install; at a decent price. SOLD!! The entire process took less than an hour. Sal talked to me like I was an adult and there was no haggling. If you’re in the market for a Lexus, make the effort to drive to Naperville and ask for Sal! More
