My wife and I dealt with more employees of this dealership then Dan Foster. We met Dan's manager and financial manager. They are the easiest people to talk to, and to deal with. They never talk down to us as it happened in other dealerships. We had the best car buying experience at Lexus of Naperville. This is a 9th car in our household that we bought from a dealer. The car was delivered to us clean, Dan walked over features and options of the car before we took it home. We noticed a small defect in the car in a few days after we bought it, and Lexus of Naperville took care of the problem with no cost to us; others would have said that we did it after the car was picked up. When we purchased our vehicle we were partly sold on the service package where they send someone out to pickup your vehicle, service it and return it. One year later they have changed their policy without service package where they send someone out to pickup your vehicle, service it and return it. One year later they have changed their policy without any notice to customers but they are sorry and when can we schedule you to bring in your vehicle and sit and wait in our waiting room. Another thing they promised was unlimited car washes with vacumming and waxing. Well in one year they have done this service one time - every other time they have had an excuse. Seems they will tell you anyting to get your sale but we won't be repeat customers due to the service changes! Nobody likes being lied to!!! More
I arrived at Lexus of Naperville on the first day of this month. I was greeted very warmly by a salesman named Ed Arnett. Bill Jacobs BMW treats you like you need them as opposed to trying to make you feel like a valued customer. Anyways, back to my experience with Lexus. Ed took the time to show me many vehicles and between test drives he introduced me to his sales manager Patrick McLees who made me feel at home and really made me feel like they wanted to earn my business. By the end of the day I drove home in my brand new Pebble Beach Edition RX in Truffle Micha which is absolutely stunning and the quality is truly outstanding. I highly recommend this dealer and Patrick and Ed will take care of you and make you feel as you should purchasing a world class vehicle. More

After the test drive, I was very interested in purchasing the vehicle. My overall experience was very pleasant, enjoyable and smooth. Throughout the entire process, I never felt pressured, stressed, or taken advantage of; and the Naperville team seemed to be genuinely happy for me. Although Naperville is a long distance from where I live, the outstanding staff and customer service made it worth the drive. I have to say that after shopping 3 other Lexus dealers, I purchased my new Lexus from Lexus of Naperville. My Salesperson Ovid Dennis was one of the most professional, and courteous automobile salesman I I purchased my new Lexus from Lexus of Naperville. Not only did he know his own product, he knew the germans, and the other Japanese makes I was comparing as well. And after doing my homework on interest rates, and ready for the dreaded finance office, I was put at ease by Mr. Bill Cranley, finance director. As I was leaving in my new Lexus, I was personally thanked by the General Sales Manager, Bill Kuniej. My experience at Lexus of Naperville was outstanding!! P.S. They wash their customer's car daily not just on Saturday like the other Lexus dealers do. IS250 More
i was there to trade in my car & buy a used lexus rx300 in april 12, 2007. a sales person and a sales manager were very nice and kind until i told them i would not buy a car, because of higher inte rx300 in april 12, 2007. a sales person and a sales manager were very nice and kind until i told them i would not buy a car, because of higher interest rates. later, the sales person returned my keychain to me. i told the sales person & the sales manager that a extra key and a remote from my keychain were missing. they couldn't find the key and the remote. they talked to each other in the manager's room and they told me that they never get the key and the remote from me. THEY LIED TO ME. THE SALES PERSON WALKED AWAY & LEFT THE DEALERSHIP. later, i talked to the sales manager with a employee who had opened the door with a remote for inspections. i requested a letter indicated they will pay for replacement. THE SALES MANAGER TOLD ME THAT I SHOULD COMPLAIN TO THE VILLAGE. i called the police. finally, i got a letter that indicated they will pay for replacement. i mailed a purchase receipt to the lexus of naverville in april 14, 2007. as of april 24, 2007, i did NOT receive any payment or message from the lexus of naperville. i had a very bad experience with the lexus of navperville. STAY AWAY OR YOU WILL BE THE NEXT. More
