Having not purchased a car since year 2000 I was very apprehensive and not looking forward to the experience of dealing with the salesperson/dealership. From the moment we entered we were greeted by a very courteous, professional and knowledgable staff. My Salesperson Dan Munoz III and his Sales Manager Tony Stewart were absolutely fantastic in helping us in our purchase. Prior to Naperville, we visited Lexus of Orland and Macgrath Lexus of Westmont. At McGrath we were treated poorly,felt as if we were insignificant, financially had no business there and there was no room for negotiation. Once we selected the vehicle we wanted Dan and Tony went out of their way to assist us with finding the exact color, model and amenities. Although the car was found at McGrath in Westmont they were most uncooperative with our dealership. Our dealer Lexus of Naperville had to arrange to have one shipped from out of state. Any charges this may have incurred they absorbed it and it was not passed on to me the consumer which I do appreciate. I highly recommend and applaud Lexus of Naperville for their phenomenal performance and perserverance. They went out of their way to make sure I got what I wanted. I highly recommend these gentlemen and this dealership. They absolutely did their best to work with me the consumer. In addition, I will refer my friends co-workers and others contemplating purchasing a car to this dealership. More
Hani was by far the friendliest and most respectful sales person I have purchased a car from. The buying process here is not too different from what I encountered elsewhere, but the personality and attitude person I have purchased a car from. The entire sales team - including the Sales manager - Service Manager - Finance Manager - Body Shop Manager went the extra mile with positive can do attitudes to make the sale work for both parties. This is our second purchase from Lexus of Naperville. The friendly and professional attitude is reflected in all the employees including the personnel checking the car in for regular service and car washes. The car wash employees are the best in the business. All the employees of this dealership- who I have had contact with- make you want to keep doing business with them. They are an upbeat organization who seem to appreciate your business. More
Just purchased a vechile from this dealership. Our salesperson was Dan Foster. We saw some cars that we were interested in online so we went there "just to look". Our initial apprehension with purchasing a vechile from this dealership was the distance from our home in Schaumburg. We did visit the Lexus dealership in Schaumburg and in our opinion it does not compare with the dealership in Naperville. Our concerns about the distance were addressed and we were extremely impressed by the staff and facility. Dan was great to deal with. We felt no pressure to buy the vechile and it was apparent that he had a lot of confidence in his product so there was no need to do the "hard sell". Buying this vechile was a phenomenal experience; even the finance person (I can't recall his name) was wonderful. He took the time to thoroughly answer all our questions and we never felt rushed even though it was after closing time on a Friday night. More

Once we told him what we were looking for he spent a significant amount of time advising us and trying to put us together with a car that met our driving and financial needs. The dealership is always clean, the employees are very attentive and there is never a hint of that "I'm being stalked" feeling that we've all encountered at some car dealerships. Highly recommended in all respects. We'll be back in a couple of years. More

Mr. Naim certainly helped to make my buying experience fun and one without 'buyer's remorse'. The dealership's facilities were very well kept, attractive and exuded a level of opulence, which I would have expected from a Lexus Dealer. Usually car buying is a painful experience, where you constantly feel like you are at odds with the salesperson/dealership. This was not the case here, working with Israel and Lexus was very easy, and they were very helpful with finding the exact car we were looking for. Once we found the car we wanted, negotiating the terms of the sale went smoothly, they were even able to bring in the car from another dealer as the ones on the lot weren't the color we wanted. Delivery of the new car also went with out any problems, Israel took the time to show us how the car operated before we left with our new purchase. We definitely recommend working with this dealer. I am a single woman and I was a little apprehensive about going to buy a car on my own. Sal was a great salesman to work with. I never felt pressured by him to make a deal. He answered my questions (which may have sounded stupid to a lot of men)with respect. When it came time to negotiate, I felt that Sal was trying to make a good deal that would make me happy. I did not feel taken advantage of. When the deal was done, Sal went over the basic vehicle operations - setting up my phone via blue-tooth, the radio stations, etc. I'd highly recommend buying a car from Naperville Lexus and using Sal as your salesperson.
