When we were ready to make that decision, he worked with us to get the exact car that we wanted as we were picky in the color and options. Not only was he helpful with the sales buying process and working with us on price, he also went that extra step to arrange for us to have some one-on-one time learning all the new functions on the car. We are not technology savvy and were intimidated by the controls, so this was indeed amazing customer service. I totally trust this dealership and I can honestly say that when my lease it up I will go to Lexus of Naperville to renew my lease instead on Mcgrath. We went to this dealership knowing that lexus was a very good quality car and even knowing that was true there was still much more.
