My wife and I went Lexus of Naperville on a Saturday to look at Certified Pre Owned Vehicles. We were quickly greeted and approached by a nice gentleman, Sal Lala. He was very polite, well-mannered, and accommodating. We knew exactly what we were looking for and Sal made it happen. We looked and test drove a couple of vehicles. The nearby test track was great. We decided that day to go ahead and and get our vehicle only if everything goes as planned as far the numbers went. Sal was helpful in trying to reach those numbers with the manager, Paul. Sal made us feel like he was really on our side. After everything was said done, we reached an agreement and we went home happy. Throughout the experience, Sal was awesome. He wasn't pushy one bit. What made the experience even better was the service Sal provided after the sale. We had many questions and requests after that day. Sal was always quick to return our call and make sure our questions were promptly answered. Overall, we were impressed not only by the quality of vehicle we purchased but also the quality of service provided by Sal and the whole dealership. My wife and I headed over to Naperville Lexus on a whim to see a RX330 they had just taken in on trade, with no pictures online yet to base an opinion on I was a little skeptical regarding the condition of to see a RX330 they had just taken in on trade, with no pictures online yet to base an opinion on I was a little skeptical regarding the condition of the vehicle. Over the phone our salesman, Nick Gerlak assured me I would not be disappointed. After seeing and driving the car my wife and I were both amazed at the cars condition, it was very clean and had a great service history. Nick was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and answered all our questions with a no BS approach. I enjoyed his no non-sense attitude. As with the purchase of anything negotiating can be uncomfortable, but Nick made this process easy. I gave him an offer on what I wanted to pay, he ran it by his manager and it was easy as done. I will say that they had not performed an inspection on this vehicle so we had to wait a few days (due to the holidays) to take delivery. Upon inspection they found a minor issue and offered a fair solution to the problem which I believe we were both pleased with. Upon our return Nick was courteous, took the extra time to explain all the buttons, features etc to my wife and made sure we were happy with our purchase. The one thing I enjoyed about Nick and Lexus of Naperville overall is that they stuck to their word. They promised a couple of items to be included in the deal and they actually did what they said, which is more than I could say for other dealers. My family and myself have purchased many Lexus vehicles, new and used from McGrath of Westmont, which with we had been very happy with. Our old sales contact had retired and the new sales man I met with was just not pleasant to deal with. I'm glad I found Nick and Lexus of Naperville. They've earned my business and I will be sure to send my extended family and friends to Nick. Additionally there service loaners are great (like all Lexus dealers), one thing I did enjoy with Naperville is there loaners have all the options including navigation, which isn't always the case at other Lexus dealers. Most importantly there "free car wash" isn't your typical free wash. It is actually a very good wash and interior cleaning. Well worth the 20 minute drive. More

Larry was very good about working with us on price, as we'd found other comparable vehicles in the area for a slightly lower price. The car was in great condition and he was sure to show us the carfax report on it right away. There were a couple small dings in the car (very minor) but Larry was happy to work with us on getting them fixed up at the dealership. Overall a good car buying experience. More
I had originally started my second Lexus buying experience by placing an order for a CT200h. I was looking forward to the increased gas mileage and lower maintenance costs of a hybrid vehicle. The order was placed in a no hassle/no pressure type of way, something I was hesitant about going into the transaction. I had worked with a few employees before finally working with Sal Lala. Sal is without a doubt the best dealer I've worked with. He's kind and took a real interest in helping me choose exactly the right car. Which brings me to my next point; bonus points for the dealer being so flexible. Sal had been in contact with me throughout the entire order process and continued to help me out with any questions I had along the way. However, just a few weeks prior to my scheduled delivery, I had doubts about moving to a much slower vehicle than the one I was driving. I got cold feet and started to express this to Sal. Sal was very understanding and helped me through the process by offering test drives on other vehicles on the lot. I eventually cancelled the order on file for the CT200h and began looking to other Lexus vehicles that would fit my needs better. I settled on the GS450h, a hybrid vehicle that still maintained a healthy dose of "kick" in the engine compartment. Sal was helpful in finding and pricing different options on this vehicle, which was out of my price range for a new car. I eventually had found a perfect certified used car for me and surprise, it was on Lexus of Naperville's lot. The options were right, the color was exactly what I wanted and the price was just about what I had in my budget. I told Sal about the car, he was helpful in explaining the details of the vehicle to me and allowing me to test drive the unit. Lexus of Naperville is one of only a few dealerships that have access to an exclusive "test drive course" located just a few blocks from the dealership. It was on this course that I had the opportunity to truly put the car through its paces to determine if it was the car I wanted. When it came down to the nitty gritty of numbers, Sal was a great help and allowed me to price the car just a bit lower, putting it right within my budget. Sometimes you feel like the salesperson and the sales manager together couldn't care less about helping create a reasonable (for both sides) deal. I did not feel this was the case, Sal had truly helped during the sales process, even taking care of me after the sale was complete. The after sale support is something that not every dealer is able to accomplish in such an efficient way. I had a few parts that were not present at the time of sale (IOUs) and Sal had kept in constant contact with me to let me know of the updates on these parts. There was a small mix up with one item (a small bumper cover) that had been repainted but did not have the correct color match. Sal was generous enough to retrieve a brand new one for me, free of charge. These are the small rewards of having such great dealer to work with. Overall, I have nothing but praise for the buying experience at this dealership. This purchase was my second with Lexus of Naperville. They have always been a great place to go for the multiple (5+) Lexus vehicles my family and myself have purchased. I continue to recommend them over others in the area for their superior buying experience. If you're looking for a great salesperson once you get there, talk to Sal, he'll be sure to take care of you. More
My buying experience with Michael Comer was truly outstanding. From beginning to end, I felt as though he was there as a friendly, knowledgeable and valuable resource who was genuinely interested in outstanding. At no time did I feel any pressure from him to buy a vehicle, which I especially appreciated because I wanted to take my time to look around at other vehicles and find out what all my options were before making a decision. Being very detail oriented, I tend to ask many questions and was impressed with his knowledge and the time and attention he gave to address my questions even when I wasn't sure what vehicle I would ultimately end up buying or when. I kept finding myself going back to the Lexus dealership, and when I concluded that the ES350 was definitely the car for me, I felt as though I owed Michael all the credit for helping me find the right vehicle. I was just as impressed with the negotiation process. When I presented what I had researched, he confirmed that what I had pulled was consistent and accurate, and we were able to arrive at a very competitive and fair price. I appreciated the transparency and actually enjoyed the negotation process. After purchasing the vehicle, Michael spent a significant amount of time helping me understand how to use the car's different features, drove the car to my home, and even set up my phone connections and garage opener features. He asked me to call him any time if I have questions about any of the features or anything else for that matter, and he followed up to make sure everything was well. When I had purchased the vehicle, I thought I wanted to get modified wheels and had included their purchase as part of the purchase contract. Even though they would be special ordered and arrive the following week, they let me take the vehicle so I could use it in the meantime. However, that same evening, I realized I liked the wheels that were on the vehicle and wanted to get some other options for the car instead (including 3M protection, all-weather floor mats, etc.). I called Michael the next morning, and they happily canceled the order for the wheels and worked with me to take care of my request for the additional features. My entire purchase process was everything plus more that I could have expected, including a genuine concern for my satisfaction not just before and during the purchase, but afterward as well. Michael and Lexus of Naperville exceeded all my expectations, and I highly recommend them to anyone who is considering purchasing a Lexus. More
