First of all I purchased 2 vehicles just this year from them. Michael Comer was outstanding. Not only that but after the purchase he followed up and was able to answer those new owner questions you'd have to scour a 300 page manual to find. This dealership doesn't just say they have loaners and are booked when you need them like so many others. No, they will come to your house with the loaner and do scheduled maintenance on your vehicle. For the few times when I did have to wait the lounge was great with snacks and beverages and a kids playroom. Even then it was only a few minutes wait. I loved my experience and recommend them to anyone. More

Having been in the market for a reliable used van with low mileage for a few months, we stumbled on "the one" via a website LON posts inventory on. As we were pulling into the dealership we saw our van being driven out of the service center by our salesman Hani Dolat, who greeted us with a large smile that set the tone for the rest of our LON experience. Hani was respectful and at no time did he ever come across as pushy. Even after having told him about an almost identical vehicle elsewhere, he never boasted as to why this particular vehicle was better or why we should buy from LON. He let us talk and he listened and then gave us privacy to make our decision. Just by doing that he sold me on purchasing. We thought the price was unbeatable but Hani knocked it out of the park when he was able to meet our offer without any back and forth offers as had been our experience previously. We never had to deal with the stereotypical car salesman out to make a commission. Hani comes across as a buyers advocate who understands and respects the buyer. LON is fortunate to have him on their team. As for the dealership itself, it offered some great perks to be taken advantage of on your visit. The snack lounge is inviting. The free carwashes are spectacular if you're fortunate to live in the area. Even the bathrooms are pretty (stainless steel baby changing table was a nice touch!) I don't remember the name of the finance guy we met with, probably because we dealt with him for less than 6 minutes. He didn't even try to force us into purchasing a warranty as had been a frustrating battle with another dealership we had purchased from two months prior. I wish I had known about LON earlier, because I'm now a LON/Hani Dolat loyal. Thanks Hani...hope to do business with you again in the future! More

When we were ready to make that decision, he worked with us to get the exact car that we wanted as we were picky in the color and options. Not only was he helpful with the sales buying process and working with us on price, he also went that extra step to arrange for us to have some one-on-one time learning all the new functions on the car. We are not technology savvy and were intimidated by the controls, so this was indeed amazing customer service. On Wednesday April 27 I visited Lexus of Naperville to have my car service after I left McGrath Lexus in Westmont. I drove into the garage at LON and i was approached by Jason Muza. Lexus of Naperville service was the best. Not only did they service my car I was also added to their list for any discount work that needed to be perfomred on my car. I totally trust this dealership and I can honestly say that when my lease it up I will go to Lexus of Naperville to renew my lease instead on Mcgrath. We went to this dealership knowing that lexus was a very good quality car and even knowing that was true there was still much more.
