Last Saturday, I purchased my third used car from Dan Foster, Bill Borta, Paul Cocco, and Bill Cranley and could not be happier. The process could not have gone more smoothly. Their pricing is always more than fair, and the service and treatment you receive is outstanding. If you are shopping for a car, I would highly recommend stopping by Lexus of Naperville first, you will not be disappointed. This dealership only carries quality used cars and is very trustworthy. But beyond that, Lexus, and more importantly, this dealership, stands by the products they sell. We worked with Cindi Wilson/Michael Perelli/Dan Petrey on a potentially expensive repair on our 2004 RX330. To our delight, the service department was able to work with us on the service and covered the repair free of charge. Try that on a 7 year old vehicle at a BMW/Mercedes/Cadillac dealership, it’ simply not going to happen. So in summary, you can buy with confidence from this dealer. I would not go anywhere else. More
I traded in my GS350 for the new CT200 Hybrid. What a great sales experience in securing a very hard to obtain car. I am averaging 50 MPG on the highway...yes that is true. I have heard about what customer service means for many companies and organizations during 20 years of my professional life. Michael Comer at Lexus of Naperville gave it a new meaning. The constant information education he provided during the sales process was simply incredible. He was an encyclopedia of automobile information. The professionalism and a passion for helping customers that he displayed during the sales process convinced me that I will buy a Lexus. He never pushed the sale, just was a good consultant and advisor. The real kicker was after the sale was complete. Michael had to come to my house to pick up the check. While I was writing the check, he setup my garage door opener to work with the car. How many times have you heard of a sales guy doing that for you? Then he explained a lot of car features to my kids who were admiring the new car. Later, he called me and emailed me numerous times to make sure that I am happy with my purchase. Even today when I went to the dealership to get my free car wash, he stopped by to talk. Unfortunately I got a small scuff on the side of my new car(sigh). He went to the car wash manager (Bill) . Bill buffed the side of the car for free and made it good as new. All for nothing. While Bill was taking care of the scuff, Michael saw that my iPass toll transponder was not mounted. He got a velcro and mounted it himself !! The personal attention and care everyone has provided to me is inspiring to me as someone who leads a customer service organization himself. I walked out of the dealership today with one word...WOW. Thank you Michael and thank you Lexus of Naperville. More
Where do I start, we walked into the Lexus of Naperville expecting the people to be pushy and hellbent on a sale. The thing I didn't expect was how hard they were going to be working for me. Not only did Hani get us the price we wanted for my used Chevy Aveo, but he worked just as hard to get us where we felt comfortable monthly. I would recommend any and everyone to check this dealership out. The people are nice, your car gets a free wash when purchased, and while you wait you are offered water, coffee, or a cappuccino. The people here are phenomenal and you will not leave disappointed. More

First of all I purchased 2 vehicles just this year from them. Michael Comer was outstanding. He had answers to most of my questions immediately and the few he didn't he promptly responded either before I them. Michael Comer was outstanding. Not only that but after the purchase he followed up and was able to answer those new owner questions you'd have to scour a 300 page manual to find. This dealership doesn't just say they have loaners and are booked when you need them like so many others. No, they will come to your house with the loaner and do scheduled maintenance on your vehicle. For the few times when I did have to wait the lounge was great with snacks and beverages and a kids playroom. Even then it was only a few minutes wait. I loved my experience and recommend them to anyone. More
Having been in the market for a reliable used van with low mileage for a few months, we stumbled on "the one" via a website LON posts inventory on. We hesitantly drove an hour and a half to LON, unsure about how our experience would be since we were probably not the typical Lexus clientele. As we were pulling into the dealership we saw our van being driven out of the service center by our salesman Hani Dolat, who greeted us with a large smile that set the tone for the rest of our LON experience. Hani was respectful and at no time did he ever come across as pushy. Even after having told him about an almost identical vehicle elsewhere, he never boasted as to why this particular vehicle was better or why we should buy from LON. He let us talk and he listened and then gave us privacy to make our decision. Just by doing that he sold me on purchasing. We thought the price was unbeatable but Hani knocked it out of the park when he was able to meet our offer without any back and forth offers as had been our experience previously. We never had to deal with the stereotypical car salesman out to make a commission. Hani comes across as a buyers advocate who understands and respects the buyer. LON is fortunate to have him on their team. As for the dealership itself, it offered some great perks to be taken advantage of on your visit. The snack lounge is inviting. The free carwashes are spectacular if you're fortunate to live in the area. Even the bathrooms are pretty (stainless steel baby changing table was a nice touch!) I don't remember the name of the finance guy we met with, probably because we dealt with him for less than 6 minutes. He didn't even try to force us into purchasing a warranty as had been a frustrating battle with another dealership we had purchased from two months prior. I wish I had known about LON earlier, because I'm now a LON/Hani Dolat loyal. Thanks Hani...hope to do business with you again in the future! More
